Shipping Policy

STOCK POLICY 

We are a manufacturing facility and do not warehouse inventory of all items at all times.  Our online store may not reflect our actual inventory.  If your order is time sensitive, we recommend that you contact us first to confirm availability or contact our dealers who stock our products. 

 

BILLING POLICY 

Your credit card will not be billed until your order enters the shipping stage.  For international shipments your credit card may be billed one to two days in advance of shipping since the sales receipt is part of the customs documentation process. 

 A deposit or payment in advance may be required for special order items.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

We reserve the right to bundle or package your items differently than quoted by our online store.  Often times a human can determine the most efficient and economical packaging to save you on shipping costs.  We reserve the right to change the shipping method to save you money.  We will contact you if the change in shipping method will impact the transit time of your package. All packages (unless shipped by First Class Mail) will be insured.  A signature may be required for insured items.

  

DOMESTIC 

Your order will typically ship the same day that your credit card is charged.  Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may ship the next business day.

 

UPS

Ground service is our preferred shipping method.  UPS offers the best service and price due to our arrangement with UPS.  A $10 per package handling charge may be applied for UPS shipments.  UPS shipments normally ship the same day that your payment is processed.

USPS

We can ship eligible items via USPS Priority Mail.  Packages shipped by USPS will normally be ready for pick up the next business day after your payment is processed.  When selecting Priority Mail, please note that the post office does not always pick up scheduled outgoing packages as expected.  It can sometimes take 2-3 business days from the time your package is scheduled for pick up with USPS for them to actually pick up the package. If you are in a hurry to receive your package we do not recommend USPS.   Some small items can be shipped in a padded envelope via First Class Mail.  No insurance or tracking information is offered for First Class Mail.  First Class packages over ¼” thick have to be scheduled for pick up.

FedEx

We do not have daily pick up with FedEx.  There will be an $8 per package handling fee for us to deliver your package(s) to a Fedex drop-off location.  Packages shipped by FedEx will normally be ready for pick up the next business day after your payment is processed.  This applies to all classes of FedEx service.  We recommend selecting UPS for domestic packages.

Canada

We can ship via UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx to Canada.  The shipping notes for US domestic shipping generally apply to Canada also.  Shipments to Canada may take an additional business day from when your payment is processed to complete the required customs paperwork.  The purchaser is responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, destination charges or other “in country” fees incurred during and after the customs process.

INTERNATIONAL

For small package service, DHL provides the best service and is normally the least expensive service to most overseas locations.    For larger or oversize shipments UPS Air Freight is typicallythe most economical.  We do not ship by Sea Cargo.  The purchaser is responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, destination charges or other “in country” fees incurred during and after the customs process. We will provide a freight estimate for international air freight shipments.  International shipments typically ship 1-2 business days after your payment is processed to generate the customs paperwork and schedule your shipment.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers are normally provided by our online store and via the shipping provider (where tracking is available), if you provided a valid email address.  Tracking notices are frequently caught by spam filters.  If you have not received tracking information please check your spam filter.
