Good product! U-Bolts need to be a little longer

I would give the U-Bolts a 5 if they where 1/2" -1" longer. If you could mount the antenna to mast on the ground, the shorter U-bolts would be perfect. When you are 60 feet up on a tower nothing goes as planned. When the installer is strapped to a tower, it's hard to force the mast plate and antenna completely flush to the boom plate with one hand. The extra 1/2 - 1 inch in length would allow the antenna to be drawn tight with the nuts. It took a ratchet strap and an extra 1/2 hour to mount the antenna. This is my second rodeo with the short U-Bolts. The first pair had stripped threads on the first 1/4 inch due to the same issue. M2 makes an excellent antenna . I will continue to buy their products.
